About Me

About ME

I’ve always been drawn to one question:

What does it actually take to build a life where creativity can flourish?

Not just in theory; but in practice, in the daily rhythms, the environments we return to, the rituals we protect, and the systems we build, quietly and intentionally, around the lives we’re meant to live.

My path to this question meandered. I’ve formally studied psychology, integrative health, therapeutic art, and spent years inside corporate boardrooms managing other people’s visions. Each world taught me something different about how humans create, collapse, and come back to themselves. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I arrived at the same truth every time:

A creatively rich life doesn’t just happen. It is intentionally designed.

The spaces we inhabit shape what we’re able to imagine. The rituals we practice determine what we’re able to sustain. The systems we build, or neglect, either protect our creativity or quietly drain it. I became obsessed with understanding this. And then with helping others build it for themselves.

Today I work with founders, creatives, and brands who are ready to stop surviving their lives and start designing them. Through writing, experience design, and creative consulting, we find the through-line, clarify the vision, and build the ecosystem that makes a creatively rich life inevitable.

Whether you find me through an essay, an experience, or a conversation, my intention is always the same:

To help you become more fully yourself. And create freely from that place.

Ready to design your creatively rich life?

What I Write

Essays and reflections on creativity, self-authorship, ritual, environment, meaningful work, and the art of building a creatively rich life.

What I Design

Creative ecosystems, experiences, and strategic frameworks that help founders, creatives, and brands align their vision with the way they live, work, and create.

Working Principles

Rules of Engagement

Self-Authorship

Your life, your work, on your terms. We never outsource our own story.

Rest as Foundation

The best creativity comes from stopping long enough to hear yourself, not from pushing yourself harder.

Care as Community

To be in community is to care for each other, with each other, because of each other. I am because we are.

Creativity as Spiritual Practice

Creativity is more of a connection than a skill. To your highest self, your purpose, and what you’re here to express.

Abundance through Authenticity

Your creativity is worth being paid for. Building a life on your own terms includes financial freedom, and that starts with believing your work has value.

The Rituals of Self-Care

How you care for yourself extends to everything; your work, your relationships, your team, your art. The more you return to yourself, the more everything around you reflects that.
